Rod Seal
The rod seal is the most critical seal on any type of fluid power equipment preventing leakage of fluid from within the cylinder to the outside. Leakage through the rod seal can reduce equipment performance, and also in extreme cases can cause environmental issues.
We offers a wide range of hydraulic rod seals for both single-acting and double-acting systems. These include a unique profiled NBR energised polyurethane (PU) seal, and a specifically designed three element seal for the mining industry comprising of an O-ring energiser, PU shell and a polyacetal anti-extrusion ring.
UNR
Standardized with the materials of high performance PU 93 Shore A, UNR/UHR are used very widely in hydaulic cylinders. Having shorter inner sealing lip UNR/UHR nutrings are designed especially for rod applications.

STEP SEAL
Produced with a combination of special compound PTFE ring and 70 shore NBR O-ring, our BSJ design has a wide application area. Being able to be usded safely at high linear velocity,BSJ type seals can also work in higher temperatures or different liquids by means of changing o-ring used as pressure ring.

HBY
HBY buffer ring is made up of high performance 93 shore A PU and POM support ring. It is used as a primary sealing element in hydraulic cylinders. Therefore, it should be absolutely used in combination with another sealing element. It has got a structure providing solutions to many problems in hydraulic cylinders such as shock pressure, back pressure etc.
